10月21号那天,收到一封询盘。 一希腊客人选了我们发光产品的好几款,数量比较大,有40几万的定单今额。要我们发样品过去。 并提供了快递到付帐号。 我觉得能首先提供帐号的客人应该很有诚意的,所以立马就准备了样品发出去了。 并在回邮中告诉他单号以及提供详细报价。 后来他也给我回了一封没有任何称呼的邮件,要我提供图片什么的, 我都照做了。 通过在网上追踪查询运单,我知道客人已经签收了。 等了几天都没有任何音训。 昨天晚上我就给他打了一个电话, 自报家门之后,我就问他我们的样品是否满意? 谁知,马上一连串的话从他嘴里蹦出来, 不是用说的,而是用吼, 有一部分我听不懂,但是大概意思我还是懂了。 说有消息会跟我说,不要烦他之类的。 这还好, 还没等我反映过来,就啪的一下,把电话挂了。 我一气之下,就给他发了一封邮件, 在这里隐去他的姓名: Dear *** Wish you are fine, how can you be so impolite? Most of my other customer from Greece are friendly, but I am confused that why you are not. I have sent you the samples without any delay, and you got them without any feedback. For the call, I just want to follow up my samples. It is my fault? But not only you shouted at me through the call, but also ring off my call suddenly. I do not know why you do so, maybe it is your practice to do it like this, I just would like to say " please show your respect to others'' , even for the suppliers. The customer is the god, but we just do the business on the mutual benefit, do not you think so? Maybe my words is something fevered, sorry for this. Hope you are fine. Best Marine 发完之后我就后悔了, 他估计会很生气,以后不再联系我,这个单子也不会再有, 但是都已经做了,有什么办法可以弥补说出去的话呢? 真没有想到很快他给我回了如下: My Dear I have many orders to handle . The whatever samples arrive are immediately forwarded to the customers . SO we have to wait for their feedback . Regards ***** 我也给他回了邮件,表示歉意, 然后不再有回复。 估计这一个单子是没有了, 真是觉得郁闷,如果能够再忍耐一下,脾气好一点, 就还会有希望, 可是现在连希望都没有了。 相关文章
